Collaborate with Fashion Houses to adapt Brand vision into temporary retail experiences, creating strong consumer journeys across all touchpoints (launches, animations, pop-ups, podiums);
Lead the development of temporary activations from creative brief to execution (design, prototyping, production), in close collaboration with Procurement and external agencies and suppliers;
Ensure high-quality and consistent execution of all launches across markets, balancing central guidelines with local needs and constraints;
Support markets in the rollout of animations and launches, ensuring compliance with Brand standards from design validation to production and installation;
Oversee the development of activation toolkits (guidelines, POSM, assets) to support efficient and consistent deployment across regions;
Continuously improve ways of working, tools, and processes to increase speed, efficiency, and clarity in execution;
Lead and support a team of Project Managers, ensuring clear priorities, workload balance, and strong delivery across all projects.
Manage temporary budget and oversee PO creation and follow-up, ensuring cost control and alignment with project priorities.
