Back to jobsProven experience as a Scrum Master in a multi-team or large product development environment
Strong background in coaching teams to reduce technical debt while achieving high value delivery
Deep understanding of the Scrum Guide and the LeSS Principles
Ability and interest in challenging the status quo, facilitate change, and foster systemic improvement
Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
Excellent facilitation skills
Relevant Scrum Master education and certifications (e.g. PSM II/III, LeSS Practitioner or Coach certification)
Ability to work co-located in Helsinki minimum 2-3 days a week
Hands-on experience in teaching software development practices (e.g. pair programming, test driven development, refactoring) is a strong plus
Proficiency in English, Finnish is a plus
