Job Description
• Overall business owner for Agreements & Upgrades and transactional lifecycle sales.
• Define in cooperation with central Energy Services teams and execute the regional Life Cycle Sales growth strategy, including new commercial concepts.
• Drive assigned Energy Business strategic priorities with clear direction and execution discipline.
Growth & Performance:
• Drive long-term agreement penetration, move customers from transactional services to long-term lifecycle partnerships
• Convince off grid power plant customers to adopt our decarbonization solutions, and increase share of outcome based agreements
• Own forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, and order intake
• Ensure all customer related information & opportunities are recorded in CRM and maintain accurate customer records among assigned customer accounts
• Proactively share gained market insights and customer knowledge with Lifecycle BDM's and Account Managers to develop customer understanding
• Personally lead major renewals, upgrades, and strategic lifecycle negotiations.
Customers & Stakeholders
• Executive sponsor for key strategic customers (incl utilities, IPPs, DFIs, and private operators) and government stakeholders
• Represent Energy Business in critical negotiations, disputes, and long-term partnerships.
Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead and develop a diverse regional sales and sales support organization.
• Build strong collaboration with Operations, Services central functions, Support functions and New Build.
• Foster a performance-driven, ethical, and compliant sales culture.
