Executing contracts according to the agreed terms and conditions.
Leading and managing the project lifecycle ensuring that all internal and external parties are effectively communicated with.
Monitoring project costs and initiating any appropriate corrective actions to ensure effective project delivery. You identify potential risks to the business and make sure KPIs are developing to the right direction.
Representing the business and business line in project meetings with customers and external stakeholders.
Closely cooperating with other departments and stakeholders to meet defined targets.
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislations and company processes and procedures. You make sure that all work is executed in adherence to local requirements, site procedures, and Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines.
Providing input for development of HSE processes, tools, competencies and ways of working to secure stakeholder satisfaction and defined targets.
Continuously improving the way of working to enable effective project delivery.
Basic logistics knowledge is preferable but not a pre-requisite.
