Experience in change management, preferably on global scale.
Understanding of Wärtsilä business, market and customers would be an advantage.
Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
Reporting development skills in Power BI are considered an advantage.
The ideal candidate has an MSc or BSc degree in IT, engineering or business administration and some years of work experience in organisational / process development environment, also in demanding, multi-cultural environment.
