  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Body Manufacturing Pilot, Stamping Production Engineering, and Plant Facilities to align priorities and resolve challenges

  • Partner with global and external stakeholders, including equipment vendors and manufacturing sites, to deliver innovative and scalable solutions

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance across manufacturing operations

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree that provides a strong foundation in engineering principles, or equivalent hands-on plant experience in areas such as Seibi, Pilot, or Maintenance

  • Experience where you’ve supported manufacturing or production environments and contributed to process development or equipment-related projects

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering results aligned to safety, quality, productivity, and cost targets

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, or shutdown periods, to support equipment installation and project milestones

  • Ability to travel (50% or more) to vendor locations, manufacturing plants, and occasionally internationally to support project execution

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools to support communication, reporting, and collaboration

Added Bonus If You Have

  • Hands-on automotive or manufacturing experience that strengthens your ability to troubleshoot and improve production processes

  • Project management experience that enables you to lead initiatives with confidence and accountability

  • Experience in manufacturing or production engineering environments delivering process or equipment improvements

  • Advanced technical modeling capabilities using tools such as CATIA V5, AutoCAD (2D/3D), or similar platforms

  • Exposure to global manufacturing collaboration or working with international teams and suppliers
