We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Solution Consultant to join our Customer Experience Orchestration Cloud teams in Paris.

The content supply chain landscape is experiencing swift transformations influenced by cloud modernization and the shift to generative and agentic AI technologies. To fulfill customer needs, organizations need to deliver a broader array of web and app content more quickly, all while delivering uniform personalized experiences across various platforms.

We’re seeking a Presales Solutions Consultant experienced in marketing content management and workflows for large enterprises to support our Content Solutions business growth and transformation.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and account teams, applying your industry and solution expertise to find opportunities and deliver impactful presentations to showcase customer value.

  • Collaborate with sales, product marketing, product management, engineering, and professional services to transform customer business requirements into tech solutions for CMS, DAM, and Content Supply Chain.

  • Facilitate customer workshops, assess workflows, support architecture discussions, prepare solution specs and validate technical fit.

  • Understanding the business domain and competitive landscape of Adobe.

  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, bringing to bear your thought leadership to understand and confidently influence practitioners, leaders and decision-makers alike.

  • Represent the Adobe brand with thought leadership in public speaking engagements at events and conferences.

What You Need To Succeed

  • High degree of intellectual curiosity and ability to absorb concepts quickly while crafting strategies leading to a winning solution development addressing the customer challenges and objectives.

  • Strategic understanding of content as a service, content pipeline, content management and Omni-channel content delivery

  • Extensive expertise in CMS, Digital Asset Management, and the wider Content Supply Chain procedures and solutions.

  • A profound solution expertise of Adobe AEM or alternative CMS and/or DAM solutions.

  • Be(come) energized about concepts and technologies as headless CMS, composable architecture, decoupled CMS, geo optimization, agentic AI, real user monitoring.

  • Experience with solutions involving (generative) AI, web services and associated technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, Postman and others.

  • Translate client needs into Adobe solutions, explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences up to C-level.

  • A customer-centric attitude and the ability to identify customers' critical business problems as well as experience with appropriate discovery methodologies to surface areas for impact.

  • Experience in building and communicating business and technical value propositions for enterprises.

  • Excellent presentation and software demonstration skills.

  • Experience and a track record of success in a technical pre-sales and solution selling environment.

  • Excellent communication and self-organization skills, pro-activeness, and using these when working with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
