Job Description
What will you be doing?
- Provide delegated line management responsibility for part of the Logistics team.
- Support resource planning to ensure adequate coverage for project and tender activities.
- Support day‑to‑day Logistics activities across ongoing projects and tenders.
- Represent SCM Logistics in nominated internal and external meetings and maintain effective stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate regular communication with regional Logistics teams.
- Ensure understanding of country‑specific logistics, customs, and local legal requirements.
- Support logistics budgets, track costs, and report budget versus actuals.
- Improve logistics processes and procedures on an ongoing basis.
- Promote HSE leadership, ensuring all logistics activities are carried out safely and in compliance with standards.
