Job Responsibilities

1.Organizing Structured Stores Function, namely Staffing, Lay-out, Storing Systems/Devises,
Preservation of Materials, Handling Systems and discipline in administration of Stores Function.
2. MIS report preparation of all site consumption, Inventory, Reorder level on every month and as when required.
3. Admitting Materials inside the factory namely, Verification of Shipping/Delivery Documents,
Insurance Documents, way bill Documents, Packing Slip, MSDS, Invoice etc.,
4. Introducing Inward system in Stores namely, Verification of the condition of the Consignment for Transport damages if any, and reporting Transport damages of consignments covered under Insurance, Weighing procedures, Inward Inspection System, Segregation of Rejected/Under-Deviation clause materials, and System for Returning Rejected/Rework Materials to the Vendor.
5. Sound skill to guide and co-ordinate Store team members regarding issuing materials against SIV, accounting the issues and monitoring material stock
6. Monthly Reconciliation of physical stock versus system stock recording the differences, if any, with the reasons thereof and explanations. Getting the physical stock audited during quarterly physical stock taking with the Auditors – Internal / External
