Knife, food preparation & cookery skills ie. conference & events, larder, grill, buffet and short order
Understanding of kitchen sections, service styles, mis en place procedures, food items, cookery techniques, sauces, cold larder, vegetables & butchery
Thrive in a large, busy & fast paced work environment, with efficiency, organisation, time management and attention to detail
Effective communication skills, can follow direction and work well in a team environment
Committed and a passion for cooking with a strong focus on food quality and presentation
Excellent grooming & personal presentation
Job Description
Flexibility and availability to work a 7-day rotating roster - weekdays, evenings, weekends & public holidays. Our team work between 5am - midnight
