Job Description

  • Provide timely, accurate advice on People & Culture policies, procedures, awards and legislation
  • Manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, changes and offboarding
  • Prepare and maintain employment documentation and employee records
  • Manage enquiries and cases within agreed service levels
  • Partner with Payroll, Talent and People & Culture teams to deliver a seamless employee experience
  • Contribute to process improvement, reporting and service enhancements, including AI‑enabled solutions
