Back to jobsExperience in the provision of a clinical ward service, patient medication counselling, provision of specialised drug information, dispensing services for inpatients and outpatients, maintenance of oncology protocols in the EMR and aseptic drug preparation for cytotoxic and hazardous medications.
Maintain professional working relationships with all patients/consumers and fellow health professionals; incorporate this to ensure effective and desirable outcomes for all, with a focus on patient safety.
Commit to maintaining professional membership to relevant organisations including the Children’s Oncology Group and the Australia New Zealand Children’s Haematology and Oncology Group (ANZCHOG).
Participate in the weekend and overtime roster, as required, and the on-call roster for the Oncology Pharmacy.
