Frozen Inventory Planning Coordinator

Job Description

  • Monitor and manage stock at various locations for Seneca Frozen business
  • Ensure timely replenishment of inventory across regional locations on a rolling 7-week schedule to support customer order fulfillment
  • Work closely with Customer Service and Sales teams to anticipate inventory needs related to upcoming promotions, seasonal shifts, and sales initiatives
  • Regularly review aging stock and reallocate to appropriate locations to promote usage and reduce excess holding
  • Support frozen production planning and scheduling activities to ensure efficient operations and timely fulfillment
  • Monitor unplanned stock movements and adjust inventory plans and distribution strategies accordingly to maintain supply continuity
