Appliance Installation Specialist - Full Time

Job Requirements

At Aubuchon Company, we take pride in delivering top-quality service to our customers. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Appliance Installation Specialist to join our team. If you have a passion for hands-on work, enjoy solving technical challenges, and excel at customer service, this role is for you!

 

• Deliver, install, and set up a variety of household and commercial appliances.
• Ensure safe and secure connections to water, gas, and electrical systems.
• Test appliances post-installation to verify proper functionality and safety compliance.
• Troubleshoot minor issues and make necessary adjustments during installation.
• Provide customers with clear instructions on appliance usage and maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including responsible disposal of packaging materials.
• Follow all safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a secure installation process.
• Assist in training and mentoring team members as needed.
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace while following company policies, OSHA regulations, and state-mandated safety procedures.

Work Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications are a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in appliance installation, plumbing, electrical work, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of gas, water, and electrical appliance connections.
• Proficiency in using installation tools and troubleshooting techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces when needed.
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to pass a motor vehicle record check.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
• Must be able to pass a motor vehicle record check if driving is required.
• Must be comfortable working in an animal-friendly environment (accommodations available upon request).

Pay ranging from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
