Job Description
What You Will Do
- Define, maintain and evolve QA and Testing governance, standards and best practices for Securities Services IT, with a strong focus on enabling shift‑left quality practices in close collaboration with engineering teams.
- Establish and maintain a common reference model for test phases, entry/exit criteria, go live quality gates and production readiness expectations.
- Act as the central coordination point for Test Management practices, fostering alignment and reuse of proven approaches across the different vertical areas.
- Define and standardize quality metrics, KPIs and reporting, enabling transparency, comparability and data driven decision making.
- Drive alignment of testing and test automation practices and tooling, favoring enablement models (e.g. shared baselines, self‑service approaches) over purely top‑down enforcement, while balancing standardization with context‑specific needs.
- Contribute, when required, as Test Manager in concrete initiatives or projects, supporting test planning, defect governance and go live readiness.
