The Opportunity
This position is based in Imazium, Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, supporting both Malaysia and Singapore, within the Core Diagnostics Finance organization. The Core Diagnostics division focuses on delivering innovative diagnostic solutions that support critical healthcare decisions.
As the Core Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager – MYSG, you will provide financial leadership and drive continuous improvement across forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and strategic planning. You will partner closely with commercial and finance stakeholders to support business performance, profitability, and strategic initiatives.
What You’ll Work On
Lead financial planning processes including Annual Plan, rolling forecasts (rLBE), and monthly close, with clear analysis and commentary
Provide insights on financial performance, key variances, business drivers, and opportunities for improvement
Partner with Country Manager and Commercial teams on profitability, pricing, cost structure, and margin management
Support balance sheet forecasting and working capital targets, including DSO, DOH, AR, and cash flow
Drive process improvement, system enhancements, and strong financial controls across MYSG
Coach and develop finance team members, fostering a culture of accountability and compliance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CIMA, or equivalent)
Strong financial and accounting knowledge with attention to detail
Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to finance and non‑finance stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of experience in accounting and/or financial management, including planning, reporting, and control
Experience in a multinational or matrix organization with strong governance and policies
Proven ability to balance commercial partnership, compliance, and control
Proactive, hands‑on, and solutions‑oriented mindset
