Job Summary
Job Duties
- Shows prospective buyers new, pre-owned and brokered homes for sale in the community (Essential)
- Coordinates model presentation (i.e. repairs, warranty work, cleaning, furniture) (Essential)
- Coordinates and manages the Lease Purchase Program, including submitting service requests and following-up on repairs, leasing and follow-ups, renewals and LPP sale conversions (Essential)
- Requests closing packages and performs closings (Essential)
- Advertises and markets homes for sale in the resort/community (i.e. ads, flyers, mailers, banners, visits local employers, etc.) (Essential)
- Collaborates with Sales Manager and/or appropriate manager to select sites for Sun Homes models. Prioritizes site preparation for Sun Homes models
- Recommends inspections and purchases of pre-owned or repossessed homes
- Reviews and authorizes invoices for payment pertaining to Sun Homes Sales
- Coordinates open house planning with the Sales and/or appropriate Manager
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 2 years in experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry (Required)
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency with the ability to use the Microsoft Office Suite, email, internet, and provide data entry in a timely and efficient manner
- Ability to work flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
