• STRATEGIC PLANNING & MARKET ANALYSIS
Develop and locally execute the global brand strategy for the Home Consumer marketing segment, aligned with business objectives.
Define the customer segmentation and positioning strategy.
• DIGITAL MARKETING & E-COMMERCE GROWTH
Manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, programmatic ads).
Oversee SEO/SEM, paid media, and content marketing to drive traffic and conversion.
Optimize e-commerce sales funnel, customer journey, and UI/UX experience.
Leverage email marketing & CRM automation for customer retention.
• ASPIRATIONAL BRAND & CONTENT STRATEGY
Develop compelling brand messaging and storytelling across all touchpoints.
Oversee the creation of content marketing (blogs, videos, influencer partnerships).
Align campaigns with the brand’s tone of voice and visual identity.
• OMNICHANNEL MARKETING & RETAIL SUPPORT
Ensure consistent brand experience across online and offline channels.
Support retail marketing through boutiques activations, promotions, and POS materials.
Develop local marketing initiatives for boutiques and pop-ups.
• CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT & RETENTION
Implement loyalty programs and referral strategies.
Leverage CRM data for personalized campaigns and lifecycle marketing.
Monitor and improve customer satisfaction & brand advocacy.
• PARTNERSHIPS & INFLUENCERS MARKETING
Collaborate with ambassadors, influencers, and brand partners.
Develop co-marketing partnerships with relevant brands and communities.
• BUDGET & ANALYTIC PERFORMANCE TRACKING
Manage the marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI. Monitoring campaign performance and making data-driven decisions. Track KPIs and metrics (CAC, CLV, ROAS, conversion rates).
Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Power BI, CRM dashboards) for insights.
