The Role

We are seeking an HR Administrator to join the team based in Subiaco.

Reporting to the Group Human Resources Manager this role will be part of a wider national HR team where you will gain exposure to diverse projects across various disciplines in the mining, construction, and engineering industry.

In this role you will play a key part in supporting the wider People & Culture team through the delivery of high-quality administrative and HR support services. This position will focus heavily on maintaining HR systems, processing employee lifecycle activities, supporting internal stakeholders, and contributing to the successful delivery of People initiatives across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team and wider business.
  • Manage the HR inbox, ensuring queries are actioned promptly or escalated where required.
  • Process employee lifecycle changes within SuccessFactors, including employee changes, terminations and requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and personnel files.
  • Support HR Advisors with onboarding, internal mobility and immigration/visa activities.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, business cases and HR documentation.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of position descriptions and HR procedures.
  • Assist with payroll-related queries in collaboration with the payroll team.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee information.
