Job Description

  • Build strong relationships across site operations to embed SRG Global’s safety culture and systems.
  • Support WHS management plans and HSE objectives for the Asset Maintenance Business Unit.
  • Manage HSEQ data, reporting, compliance documentation, and corrective actions.
  • Prepare and distribute HSE reports, presentations, and compliance documentation for internal and client requirements.
  • Coordinate audits, inspections, training requirements, and competency records
  • Maintain accurate records, tracking incidents, investigations, training, and HSE performance metrics.
  • Ensure workforce and subcontractor compliance with training and mobilisation requirements.
  • Assist with the development and rollout of online learning modules, training packages, and compliance resources.
  • Liaise with site teams to ensure alignment with safety systems, legislative obligations, and client-specific requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and act as a visible safety leader promoting zero harm.
