The Role

Seeking an experienced Mobilisation Coordinator to assist with the day-to-day Logistics and Mobilisation requirements for our Asset Services division.

This is a permanent full-time role on an 8/6 roster based out of our offices in Wangara, Working from home (WFH) is available for weekend rostered days on.

We are seeking someone who will provide a high level of service to our current and future clients as well as to our management and other staff members.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Booking flights and accommodation and mobilisation of all direct and indirect employees to client sites.
  • Schedule and coordinate shutdowns personnel via company database.
  • Client liaison and engagement.
  • Booking inductions and training specific to each role/site and in line with client and SRG Global requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements.
  • Ongoing review of all systems and operations to ensure maximum efficiency and adherence to all SRG Global Management Systems and Legislative Requirements.
  • To give the highest level of service possible to all our clients.

 

Essential and Desirable Skills

  • Proven experience in a similar role (must have)
  • Proficient in rostering and scheduling software (e.g. Rapid Crew)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Word & Excel processing skills
  • Current C’ Class Drivers License
  • Fortescue, BHP or Rio Tinto mobilisation experience is desirable.
