Join the Global Product Marketing team for Core Payments, a key part of Mastercard’s enterprise Integrated Marketing and Communication organization and help advance our value propositions and offering among B2B, B2C, and B2B2C audiences. Help fuel our competitive advantage and drive business growth as you actively partner across global and regional marketing and product teams. You will leverage consumer insights, product and marketing knowledge, and strong project management skills to articulate product value propositions, develop marketing resources, deliver sales enablement, create messaging and B2B2C toolkits, provide marketing guidance, and drive information sharing.

The Senior Analyst, Global Product Marketing, will help create and deliver marketing solutions for customers and consumers, and implement effective processes for internal regional partners to deliver a consistent and differentiated experience for external and internal stakeholders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to execute on a powerful strategy, work across diverse teams, and help build and optimize breakthrough marketing execution that accelerates awareness of and engagement with our value propositions globally with a focus on our affluent audiences.

You’ll be a part of a dynamic team of top marketers and work closely with cross-functional and cross-regional teams across the organization, agency partners and more to execute on our collective objectives.

Role:
• Partner with the Global Consumer Products team to execute marketing strategies designed to build market readiness and drive scale around our products and value propositions such as Affluent
• Help shape insights- and audience-led marketing activities
• Support the development of marketing assets to ensure Mastercard teams and our customers have effective narratives, messaging, creative toolkits and in depth guidance for internal and external audiences
• Actively work with regional Product Marketing teams, supporting training and education as well as their regional/local marketing efforts; ensuring consistency of positioning, messaging and creative execution
• Capture and report key learnings, results and success stories to track performance and drive information and best practice sharing
• Manage marketing project timelines and deliverables

All About You:
• 4+ years of marketing experience, with a strong foundation in product marketing
• Passion for brand building and the customer and consumer experience
• Demonstrated success working across multicultural and matrixed work environments
• You’re known for being a clear, confident communicator
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity across geographies and fast-paced environments, where not everything is defined
• Motivated self-starter and collaborator with exceptional organizational skills, agility, and follow-through
• Strong project management and analytical skills with experience managing multiple priorities and marketing initiatives simultaneously
• Demonstrated curiosity, creativity, and the ability to quickly learn and apply complex information and data
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Preferred: Experience working in marketing of financial services, fintech, or payment technology companies

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more. Pay Ranges

Purchase, New York: $106,000 - $175,000 USD
