Manage and track the full portfolio of regional and global improvement initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered successfully and on time
Facilitate performance review sessions with Supply Planners to address challenges, share insights, and drive best‑practice adoption
Coordinate lifecycle management processes across regions to balance product availability with obsolescence risk and cost mitigation
Create transparency around complexity and improvement opportunities within regional co‑packing operations
Act as the global design authority for supply planning tools, user roles, access rights, and system governance
Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and change requests across markets to ensure stability and continuous improvement
Establish governance forums to review global planning performance, standards compliance, and improvement initiatives
Serve as a central escalation point for systemic supply planning challenges and drive cross‑BU improvements based on performance insights
