Become a knowledge expert on specific areas of the Group’s existing financial policies and procedures and apply this knowledge to continual analysis and review of the Group’s finance system settings, identifying enhancements and assisting in related projects and initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Group finance information policies and procedures and, as a FIRM business partner, engage in proactive and effective communication with accountants and stakeholders across the Group’s Business Units (BUs) to maintain this compliance.
Own and drive the continual improvement of the Global Finance Information Sharepoint Portal and support in the management of the FIRM team mailbox.
Manage and maintain the accuracy and relevance of a suite of finance governance forms supporting Global Finance BAU and project change, including finance mapping, organisational files and process documentation for integrated systems such as Blackline, Concur and Ariba.
Ensure compliance with the global SAP Governance, Risk Management and Compliance (GRC) finance process, including ownership of the finance access authorisation request process.
Support the Finance Transformation Team on finance‑led projects and continuous improvement initiatives, providing subject‑matter expertise on finance systems, governance and controls.
