- Sets up cost control procedures and project budgets.
- Estimates total forecasts, quantities, costs, and expected outcomes.
- Provides financial scenarios and simulations to project managers.
- Approves commitment control and vendor/subcontractor invoices.
- Monitors purchase orders (POs) and project-related expenditures.
- Analyzes and manages financial instruments, including hedge operations.
- Prepares change orders/claims and follows up.
- Generates monthly internal Project Management Review (PMR) and external client reports.
- Develops KPIs for project performance, especially engineering and project hours.
- Supports risk management with quantitative analysis.
- Develops cash flows and close-out reports to improve future project estimations.
