The Manager CA/CQ is responsible for leading and assuring end-to-end quality delivery on mission critical projects, ensuring predictable, right-first-time outcomes aligned with safety, programme, and commissioning objectives.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end quality management (CA/CQ) across CSA, electrical, mechanical, and control systems, ensuring predictable project delivery aligned with programme and commissioning strategies
- Act as single point of contact for all quality activities on the project, defining scope, setting clear execution strategies, and driving completion through to system turnover and handover
- Implement and manage a robust quality and completions framework (L0–L5), including walkdown strategies, benchmarks (FoK, mock-ups, samples), and seamless system turnover compliance
- Ensure full alignment with safety requirements, enforcing adherence to RAMS, PTW, SSOW, LOTO and integrating quality activities with the project safety plan
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders (client, contractors, vendors, engineering, Cx team, CxA) to drive quality accountability, resolve issues (NCRs, RCAs), and foster a strong “working together” culture
- Drive data-driven and lean execution, using completion systems, KPIs and reporting to track progress, manage risk, streamline processes, and support timely start-up and commissioning
Show your expertise
- Strong technical background with a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline and significant professional experience (10+ years), or a trade-based background with extensive hands-on delivery experience (15+ years) in quality, electrical, or mechanical systems
- Proven mission‑critical delivery experience (data centres, pharmaceutical, oil & gas, power) with the ability to work confidently in complex, regulated project environments
- Broad multidisciplinary knowledge, leveraging deep expertise in a core discipline alongside strong understanding of CSA, electrical, mechanical, and controls systems to support integrated delivery
- Solid QA/QC and commissioning expertise, including quality planning, inspections, testing, documentation, and right‑first‑time execution
- Demonstrated leadership capability, with experience leading project teams, aligning stakeholders, managing performance, and driving projects to predictable completion
- Professional, solutions‑driven mindset, combining strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage change, risk, and project interfaces effectively
- High mobility and flexibility, with willingness to travel extensively across Europe and work on a 10/4 rotation as required by project demands
