As an Instrumentation & Control Commissioning Coordinator, you will be part of our Quality & Commissioning team. You will support the coordination and administrative follow-up of I&C commissioning activities, ensuring proper communication, documentation management, and tracking of testing and commissioning progress throughout the project lifecycle.
Explore your tasks and responsibilities
- Support the coordination of commissioning activities related to Instrumentation & Control systems, including BMS, EMS, PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems
- Assist in tracking installation progress, testing activities, loop checks, and system completion status
- Support the preparation, compilation, and follow-up of commissioning documentation, including test procedures, reports, I/O lists, checklists, and work packs
- Maintain and update commissioning trackers, punch lists, action logs, and progress reports
- Coordinate communication between commissioning engineers, contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow
- Support the organization of meetings, preparation of minutes of meeting (MoM), and follow-up of action items
- Assist in document control activities, ensuring proper filing, traceability, and compliance with project quality and EHS requirements
- Support site walkdowns and commissioning follow-up activities in coordination with the commissioning team
Show your expertise
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Instrumentation, Construction, Administration, or related field
- Initial experience in coordination, project support, industrial environments, or commissioning activities is a plus
- Basic understanding of Instrumentation & Control systems and commissioning processes
- Good organizational and coordination skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams
- Proficiency in MS Office and document management/tracking tools
- Fluency in English and French (min. B2)
- Structured, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
