PLM Automation Engineer

We're looking for an Automation Engineer to join our Engineering Solutions team and help us scale the way we deliver customer-facing solutions. In this role, you'll design and build intelligent automation workflows - including AI Agent pipelines - that reduce manual effort, accelerate delivery, and improve the quality and consistency of our solutions. You'll work at the intersection of engineering, AI, and customer impact. Design, build, and maintain AI Agent workflows and multi-step automation pipelines that support and enhance customer-facing engineering solutions. Identify manual, repetitive, or error-prone processes across the Engineering Solutions team and replace them with robust automated systems. Integrate AI/LLM capabilities (e.g. Claude, OpenAI, LangChain, or similar) into internal tools and customer workflows. Build and maintain integrations between internal systems, third-party platforms, and customer environments using APIs, webhooks, and orchestration tools. Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Developers, Process Managers, and Key Users to understand pain points and translate them into automation opportunities. Document workflows, architectures, and runbooks to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing. Monitor, debug, and continuously improve deployed automations and agent systems.
