Collaborate with the whole teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP FICO solutions. Work with business process owners to analyze and solve business problems. Works on complex and high-impact issues. Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs feasibility studies, cost/benefit analysis and suggests the best course of action. Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business needs while ensuring best practices and system optimization. Provide end-to-end support for SAP FICO applications, including troubleshooting, resolving issues, and conducting regular system maintenance. Perform system testing, documentation, and user training to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption. Other tasks assigned by superior.
