Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Pricing Expert to shape and execute our pricing strategy You will take direct ownership of pricing and monetization projects. With proven experience in pricing, you will drive revenue optimization, product monetization, and value capture, ensuring our models are competitive and aligned with customer needs.
This role requires close collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance, and Leadership. You will join the Strategy & Growth team, which brings together Go-to-Market, Pricing, and Partnerships.
Location: Brussels, hybrid working model
The role
- Data-Driven Decision Making – Own financial and data analyses, including profitability modeling, scenario planning, and forecasting
- Pricing Strategy Leadership – Develop, implement, and monitor pricing strategies across key strategic business
- Revenue Optimization – Identify opportunities to maximize revenues and design new monetization models
- Market & Competitive Analysis – Lead market intelligence, competitive benchmarking, and customer behavior studies to inform pricing decisions
- Cross-BU Collaboration – Work with the Senior Pricing Expert on strategic initiatives, ensuring consistency and best practice sharing
- Stakeholder Engagement – Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, and Leadership to align pricing with business strategy and growth targets
Qualifications
Who you are:
- Experience in pricing, revenue management, or monetization (B2B/B2C, preferably in digital platforms, SaaS, or marketplaces)
- Experience in a fast-growth environment (start-up/scale-ups) is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and financial skills, with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets; SQL or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Proven track record in leading pricing projects that drove measurable revenue growth
- Business acumen to balance commercial, financial, and customer needs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Dutch speaker is a strong plus
