Job Description

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to assigned customers.

  • Develop strong product knowledge and in-depth understanding of relevant therapeutic areas and market landscape.

  • Conduct product detailing to highlight product features, benefits, and key messages to doctors and healthcare professionals.

  • Achieve targeted daily face-to-face calls with doctors, ensuring appropriate frequency and coverage.

  • Gather market intelligence and provide timely feedback to management.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with specialists in private medical centers, General Practitioners (GPs), and restructured hospitals.

  • Manage assigned accounts effectively to drive sales growth and market penetration.

  • Perform sales data analysis, track sales trends, and monitor account performance.

  • Conduct stock checks and follow up on replenishment where necessary.

  • Follow up on sales accurate submission of reports, including daily call reports, doctors' call plans, sales forecasts, and other required documentations.

  • Address customers' enquiries promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain accurate and updated customer database records, providing regular fieldwork feedback to the Sales Manager.
