Job Description

  • Coach, monitor and develop of the Profesional Sales Representative in term of territorial knowledge and customer relationship and product knowledge
  • Achieve target of sales district under their responsibility
  • Analyze sales and market competition in order to grow the business of their district
  • Report district performance to Sales Manager within the first week of each month and evaluation implementation of marketing execution
  • Have a good relationship with Key Opinion Leader, Decision Maker and Customer
  • Have a good relation and coordination with distributor
  • Monitoring the Effective call and coverage achievement of customers whose transactions are in accordance with the target on the master list for even coverage of Profesional Sales Representative
  • Carry out sales strategies and activities, offer programs for products that are their responsibility and monitor discount according to the applicable sales & discount policies to achieve targets and increase sales
