Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Digital Transformation – Develop and execute supply chain digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives; design and implement information technology and data-driven roadmaps. Lead supply chain system architecture planning, integrating SAP, Salesforce, DMS and kinds of functional SaaS platforms to enable seamless data connectivity and process optimization
- Data Analytics & AI applications – Build comprehensive supply chain data analytics frameworks leveraging statistical modeling and predictive analytics to optimize inventory strategies, procurement planning, and logistics routing. Develop and monitor executive dashboards tracking core KPIs (OTIF, inventory turnover, supply chain cost, customer quality claim,) to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Technology Enablement – Lead or partner with inhouse IT in the vendor selection, implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of existing system and SaaS, ensuring alignment with business requirement.
- End-to-End Visibility & Collaboration – Establish integrated data flows across Sales, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality for end-to-end visibility. Coordinate cross-functional resources to resolve system and process bottlenecks, enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in supply chain management, logistics management, computer science, information technology, data science and engineering, information systems, Business Analysis, etc.
- More than 8 years of supply chain or operation working experience, including at least 3 years of trading company experience (Automotive aftermarket is preferred) in operation and supply chain digitalization transformation, system implementation or process optimization projects.
- Rich experience and knowledge in SAP, Salesforce, SaaS, OMS, DMS, etc.
- Solid data analysis skills, be proficient in using data analysis tool (such as Python, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audience.
