Responsibilities
Your main duties will include, but will not be limited to:

- Understand the roles you’re filling by partnering closely with Hiring Managers and building relationships with Operational Leaders
- Use the knowledge you gain to source candidates using a combination of social media, job boards, outreach, and other venues
- Actively source passive candidates by conducting market research, developing professional relationships and referral networks
- Manage job requisitions in applicant tracking system
- Consult with the business on innovative ways to promote WFS in the communities where we hire
- Partner with HR Managers and field Recruiting teams to coordinate job fairs and/or hiring events for high-volume needs
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the moving parts of the hiring process for a remarkable candidate experience
- Perform pre-employment verification and facilitate on-boarding of new hires
