Job Description
Support multidisciplinary healthcare operations within a dynamic international medical setting serving U.S. government personnel in Iraq. This Deputy Project Manager role combines operational leadership with cross-functional team coordination, helping support efficient healthcare delivery, workforce coordination, operational compliance, and continuity across daily site operations.
Working closely with project leadership, clinical teams, and operational stakeholders, this position helps maintain quality standards, support interdisciplinary coordination, and strengthen overall operational performance across the site.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily healthcare operations and support service delivery while serving as a key liaison between clinical teams, operational leadership, and project stakeholders.
- Support oversight of staffing operations including scheduling, timekeeping, travel coordination, onboarding activities, and workforce readiness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to track project priorities, support deliverables, and help maintain alignment with operational timelines and contract requirements.
- Assist with implementation of operational procedures, compliance initiatives, training activities, and quality-focused operational standards across the site.
- Prepare operational reports, maintain project documentation, and support audit readiness, logistics coordination, and ongoing performance improvement activities.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, leadership, or related field; background in medical administration preferred.
- 3–5 years of leadership, deputy management, or healthcare operations experience supervising multidisciplinary teams.
- Current BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire.
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident with a valid passport
- Ability to obtain and maintain MRPT security clearance and meet pre-deployment physical requirements.
Preferred
- Prior experience supporting military, government, or international healthcare operations.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary healthcare or operational support teams.
