Qualifications: Prior experience working with preschool students is required. Position will hold a classified contract; however, preference will be given to candidates who hold a bachelor's degree in early childhood education.

Job Purpose: The Early Childhood Lead Teacher is responsible for providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for preschool-aged children. This role involves fostering social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development, and ensuring the academic and developmental success of each child. The Lead Teacher will collaborate with families, support staff, and specialists to create a well-rounded, supportive, and engaging classroom experience that promotes each child's growth, independence, and self-esteem. 

Starting Salary: $18.98/hour - commensurate with experience

Job Category: Classified, 8 hrs/day (40 hrs/week)

Requirements: 
- All employees must have a current TB test (Tuberculosis). If you've had a recent TB Test (less than 12 months ago) we can accept a copy of your test results. If it's been more than 1 year, you will be required to obtain a new test. Employees are responsible for the cost of the test.
- Pre-employment physical required
