Description
Your Primary Responsibilities will include
- Provide day-to-day leadership aligned with company mission and core values
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies aligned with company objectives
- Create and implement strategic plans to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Partner with senior leadership to strengthen operational structure and processes
- Drive revenue growth and profitability within the assigned market
- Serve as lead client account manager for key clients and major projects
- Represent the firm with integrity in client, community, and industry settings
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Oversee regional P&L, project budgets, and financial performance
- Monitor cash flow and ensure timely client payments
- Support financial reporting and proactively address efficiency gaps
- Ensure operational controls, reporting procedures, and performance standards are met
- Lead, mentor, and develop Project Managers and Client Account Managers
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance
- Partner with HR and executive leadership on workforce planning and talent development
- Recruit, train, and develop future leaders
- Supervises Project Managers and Client Account Managers within the assigned region
- Regular travel, including overnight travel, is required
- Position may require extended hours to meet business objectives
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of operating management experience in a consulting engineering environment, with 5+ years in senior management preferred.
- Proven success in business development and revenue growth
- Strong financial management and project oversight experience
- Strategic thinker with strong business and financial acumen
- Trusted client advisor with exceptional relationship-building skills
- Proven leader who motivates and develops high-performing teams
- Operationally strong with the ability to drive measurable results
- Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced environment
