Sales Ambassador – FIFA Vancouver Activation
Territory: Vancouver Downtown
Campaign Dates: June 11th – July 7th, 2026, plus July 18th–19th, 2026
Pay Rate:
$27/hour + bonus
Schedule 1 – Main Activation Period
June 11th – July 7th, 2026
- 4 days/week
- Average 4.5 hours/day per shift
- Flexible scheduling across weekdays and weekends based on activation needs
Schedule 2 – Final Activation Weekend
July 18th – July 19th, 2026
- 2 days total
- 4 hours per day
- Focused final push activation
Please note: This is a contract-based event activation role requiring flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and event-based scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
Primary Focus: Delivering exceptional customer experiences while engaging, educating, and converting adult consumers during FIFA events aboard a Hop-On Hop-Off experience.
Sales Expectations: Meet or exceed engagement and sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
Customer Interaction: Face-to-face engagement with adult consumers in energetic, high-traffic environments while introducing an innovative, smoke-free alternative designed for adult nicotine consumers.
Brand Representation: Act as a trusted Brand Ambassador with a polished, confident, and professional presence.
Event Execution: Support activation setup, execution, reporting, and overall consumer experience throughout the campaign.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team leader and the retailer
Additional Requirements
- Previous sales, brand ambassador, promotional, or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable approaching and engaging with consumers in public settings
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Comfortable working outdoors and in high-energy event environments
- Ability to stand for extended periods and actively engage with consumers throughout activations
