Lead Carpenter – Residential Remodeling
Location: Worcester County, MA
Pay: $40–$50/hour (DOE) + Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time | Year-Round Work
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll run projects in the field, lead carpenters, and work directly on high-quality residential renovations.
If you’re someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, can run a job site, and enjoys working on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and full remodels—this is a strong long-term opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish
- Perform hands-on carpentry (framing, trim, finish work, cabinetry, doors/windows)
- Supervise and support carpenters and apprentices
- Coordinate subcontractors on-site
- Keep job sites organized, safe, and on schedule
- Communicate with project leadership as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred
- Experience leading crews or working as a lead carpenter/foreman
- Strong finish and rough carpentry skills
- Ability to read plans and work independently
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Valid driver’s license
