About the role:
The Digital Treatment Planning Senior Designer is an advanced level role responsible for creating high-quality digital treatment plans and set-ups using company software. This position is based in Wrocław, Poland and reports directly to DTP Designer Supervisor.
Key Responsabilities:
- Create high-quality digital treatment plans that will provide the clinical effect expected by our customers, following prescriptions and instructions received from providers. Have effective clinical communication on treatment planning with providers via company software and platform.
- Apply deep professional expertise and a strong understanding of the specialization to independently resolve complex design and technical problems in a timely manner. Help other partners of the team to solve various problems in the design.
- Proactively propose process, specification, and workflow improvement ideas that enhance service quality and overall team performance. Use data‑driven thinking to support analysis of team performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Clearly articulate well‑reasoned perspectives when encountering important technical decisions or key disagreements. When necessary, supplement data and research results.
- Demonstrate a forward‑looking mindset by understanding market and customer needs and proposing innovative methods or ideas.
- Train and mentor new designers and guide peers in developing the skills and competencies required for their role level.
- Follow working schedule, accomplish daily production operation task assigned by team leader.
- Lead medium‑scope projects, structuring and managing project execution with limited supervision and recommending new approaches where appropriate.
- Actively pursue continuous learning to enhance professional knowledge and technical capability.
- Follow DPS work instructions, clinical protocols, quality and safety guidelines and production schedules.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety requirements.
- Actively acquire relevant knowledge and continuously improve professional skills and capabilities.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, tests and other assigned activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A Diploma or Bachelor of Science degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience is normally required.
- Minimum of 4 years of directly related experience.
- Good knowledge of computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, in a performance oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Logical thinking, results- and quality-oriented mindset; ability to work under pressure to achieve goals; agile problem-solver.
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and passion for learning.
- Demonstrate high potential to learn, adapt and manage the company tools to track and improve own performance.
- Show ability and willingness to help others.
- Good English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
