About the role:
The Ortho Consultant will work cross-functionally to deliver excellent clinical customer experience for all CC Providers as well as provide clinical guidance to DTP Designers in the process of preparing digital treatment planning for patients, providing in-house clinical guidance and support as well as clinical customer support. This position is based in Wrocław, Poland and reports directly to DPS Operations Manager.
Key Responsabilities:
- Provide clinical support to treatment planning to DTP designers.
- Review and evaluate cases, provide clinical guidance and make decisions on possible treatment solutions in consultation with field clinical advisors, TSM or providers.
- Be responsible for managing treatment quality monitoring and clinical profiling in assigned team.
- Help to investigate causes of failure during the treatment process and evaluate rejected treatments to determine root cause.
- Investigate and analyze Clinical-related customer inquiries and complaints.
- Provide support to customer situations and take their issues/concerns/complaints to completion.
- Manage clinical communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- In conjunction with other Orthodontic staff in the company, implement corrective action as it relates to clinical policy.
- Propose ideas for procedures and processes to promote improved service and customer satisfaction, and overall department improvements.
- Be part of the effective fulfillment of objectives, KPIs and deadlines assigned to CC DPS.
- Manage product safety reports by working with regulatory and quality assurance teams and propose ideas to improve product safety.
- Participate in special projects and/or training when requested, as well as proactive team and individual efforts to achieve department and company goals.
- Support DPS or company projects and improvement efforts. Overseeing all quality-related communications, perform quality related training to the DPS or as needed. Colaborate in clinical training at all levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- College graduate in Dentistry (Dental or Orthodontics).
- 1 year of experience in a dental practice or relative field.
- Experience in Customer relations in medical/dental areas is preferred.
- Ability to do research and come up with creative, compliant solutions for quality challenges.
- Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools.
- Experience with CAD-CAM software is an advantage.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, in a performance oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, analyse, and interpret common scientific and technical journals and legal documents.
- Ability to multitask and able to handle stressful situations in a performance oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Being a self-learner, have a professional outgoing personality, positivity, and patience.
- Present the ability to effectively communicate in both oral and written form with all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
