Work Location

On-site at 3000 Ericsson Dr., Warrendale, PA

Schedule:

5 Day/8 hour shift working 8:00AM to 4:30/5:00PM Monday through Friday

Accredo is a specialty pharmacy that serves patients with complex and chronic health conditions, including cancer, hepatitis C, HIV, bleeding disorders and multiple sclerosis. We understand the complexity of these conditions and treatments. Our specialty-trained staff are available to provide personalized care to patients.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist and support a group of encouraging individuals in inventory reconciliation
  • Data analytics to improve and facilitate needed changes
  • Daily and monthly reports on different adjustments
  • Teamwork in various outputs and assisting in problem solving
  • Communicating with various teams to find solutions that will benefit the patients and fulfillment


What you need to do the job:

  • Excellent Quality with the patient in mind, ensure accuracy
  • Use of technology data entry skills and reference database as needed
  • Be Efficient- attention to detail, organization skills, time management, and problem solving skills will be important
  • Be Flexible- ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment; willingness to work a flexible schedule when needed
  • Be an effective communicator with solid interpersonal, written and verbal skills across multiple teams throughout the company
  • Some computer knowledge: General PC knowledge including Microsoft Office. Use of internet and email is required


Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years relevant experience preferred in warehouse or pharmacy, leadership experience preferred.
  • Math skills and general PC knowledge including Microsoft Office (excel), Internet, and email required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills are desired.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
