This is an onsite position located at: 4580 Weaver Parkway Warrenville, IL.
Village Fertility Pharmacy, a division of Evernorth Health Services a part of The Cigna Group is looking for Pharmacy Fulfillment Technicians to join our team.

The Pharmacy Fulfillment Technician, under the supervision of a pharmacist, is responsible for ensuring the correct and safe dispensing of prescription medications. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in customer service, communication, and problem solving, and will exhibit excellent attention to detail, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and be a team player in a fast-paced, rewarding work environment.
Shift Schedule: Monday-Friday – 9:30am to 6:00pm CST; every 4 weeks required to work a Saturday from 10 AM to 2 PM CT (once fully trained)
What you’ll do:
Process requests for new and refill prescriptions
Select and retrieve appropriate medications
Verify quantities and prepare labels for bottles
Send orders to pharmacy staff for completion and verification of prescriptions
Select appropriate packing materials and prepare packages for shipment
Enclose client specified materials into orders
Complete patient pick-ups
Affix shipping labels on packages and sort by carrier
Clean equipment and replenish workstation supplies like pill bottles, caps, boxes, and paper
Other pharmacy tasks as needed to ensure accuracy and a positive patient experience
What you need to do the job:
High School Diploma / GED required
Current and active State of IL Pharmacy Technician License required
CPhT License a plus
1+ year experience as a fulfillment pharmacy technician required
Experience in specialty or mail order pharmacy a plus
Strong customer service skills
Solid computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Physical Requirements:
Sit and/or stand for lengthy periods.
Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 20 lbs. frequently
Perform repetitive motion with fingers, hands, and arms.
Work may be in confined areas close to machinery.
Work may be performed in an environment with varying levels of noise.
