Are you Passionate about Technology and Talent?

As our NCS Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll join us in attracting top tech minds to NCS. This hands-on internship offers you the opportunity to understand the hiring process for tech roles, sharpen your talent acquisition skills, and immerse yourself in the fast-moving world of IT recruitment.

As an Early Talent yourself, you’ll also experience exclusive early career events and be guided by an Early Career Mentor and a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support your learning journey.

What will you do?

Sourcing & Screening

Spot and connect with top Technology Talent using LinkedIn, Seek, databases, and next-gen AI recruitment tools. You’ll play a key role in shaping the first impression of NCS for future hires.

Talent Analytics & Reporting

Turn data into insights. Help design, develop, and automate dashboards and reports that track hiring performance — from time-to-fill and sourcing effectiveness to diversity metrics that matter.

Tech Talent Ambassador

Be the face of NCS at career fairs, campus roadshows, and networking events. You’ll represent our brand, engage with emerging talent, and share why NCS is the place to grow a tech career.

Talent Acquisition Projects

Get hands-on experience supporting impactful projects across Talent Acquisition — from innovation pilots to process improvements and campaigns that redefine how we hire.

Qualifications

A Little about You:

You’re currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, Business, Human Resources, or Data Science & Analytics — and you’re eager to put classroom learning into real-world action.

You have a strong passion for connecting people with opportunities and shaping meaningful career journeys. With a curious mind and a keen interest in People, Analytics, and Technology, you thrive at the intersection of human connection and data-driven insights.

You’re confident in your communication skills, whether it’s delivering a presentation, engaging in campus events, or collaborating with a team. Analytical by nature, you’re comfortable working with data and Excel, but equally excited to explore innovative ideas that push boundaries.

You’re an independent learner and proactive problem-solver, known for your eye for detail and the high standards you set for your work. Juggling multiple tasks doesn’t faze you. In fact, you see it as part of the challenge.

Most importantly, you’re ready to dive into a full-time internship (minimum 5 months) where you’ll learn, contribute, grow and enjoy every moment!
