Location: Wakefield Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off day shift (06:00 - 18:00) Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per annum, dependent on experience Overview We are seeking a proactive and confident Transport Team Leader to support the continued growth of our transport division. This position plays a central role in maintaining a compliant, efficient and time critical overnight transport operation within NewCold Transport Limited. The purpose of the role is to coordinate departures, manage live operational challenges, and ensure that service quality remains consistently high across all activities.
