Translate business workflows, regulatory obligations, and operational controls into user stories, process models, and acceptance criteria.
Document token lifecycle requirements (issuance, transfer, redemption, burn) and translate network design choices — permissioned vs public, Layer 1 vs Layer 2 — into business and control requirements.
Analyze end-to-end transaction flows including settlement, on-chain/off-chain reconciliation, exception handling, and operational impacts.
Partner with product, middleware, and blockchain engineering teams to ensure requirements are feasible, testable, and scalable, including wallet, custody, and key management integration.
Collaborate with risk, compliance, legal, and operations stakeholders to align solutions with enterprise control frameworks, and support evaluation of DeFi patterns against enterprise risk.
Support testing, release readiness, change management, and post-implementation validation; maintain documentation for operations, audit, and regulatory review.
