Job Description
Reponsibilities:
- Provide ongoing support to the management team (preparing presentarions, collecting and visualizing data, creating analyses).
- Define and run improvement projects inside Digital:HUB in the role of an executive assistant (e.g. create new policies, create regular reports, collect and mantain key information).
- Coordinating the office, linked activities and corresponding partners/suppliers of Digital:HUB.
- Operating required SAP processes for the digital:HUB (Purchase orders, purchase requests, invoicing...).
- Respond to customer requests, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Executing relevant processed that enable a remote first team (e.g. facilitate purchasing, processes, enable logistical processes, manage meeting spaces, coordinating meetings)
- Support Digital:HUB communication (events), Scheduling (internal and external), including setting up necessary facilities and logistics.
- Organize travel arrangement (e.g. for onboardings or bigger group trips) and travel expense management.
Requirements:
- Advanced Level of English and Spanish (B2 at least)
- Familarity with SAP (Purchase requests, Purchase Orders, Invoicing)
- Availability to go to the office (Barcelona City Center) at least once a week.
