Job Description
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

1. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
3. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
4. Strong computer literacy, including EHR systems, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry.
5. Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate empathy with patients of diverse backgrounds.
6. Consistent follow-through and attention to accuracy in documentation and task completion.
7. Professional demeanor and appearance.
8. Demonstrates empathy, compassion, and cultural sensitivity. Ability to relate to diverse communities.
9. Ability to read and implement written instructions.
10. Ability to physically assist a patient in distress.
11. Ability to provide or support the provision of objective information about all pregnancy options (abortion, adoption, or parenting).

13. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as required.
14. Ability and willingness to travel to other PPSE locations within Georgia & Alabama.
15. Reliable means of transportation for onsite and off-site work.
16. If using a personal vehicle to drive for work purposes, a valid GA driver license and current auto insurance in compliance with the minimum requirements of GA vehicle code are required.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
● High School Diploma, GED Diploma, or equivalent required. Ultrasound Certification required.
● 0 – 1 year of healthcare experience with Gynecology (GYN) preferred.
● Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred.
● Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.
