This is NOT a call center/Customer Support role.
We are hiring experienced B2B SaaS SDRs who have consistently booked meetings in the U.S. market and understand outbound sales at a strategic level.
You will be responsible for outbound prospecting — from cold calling to booking qualified meetings.
What You’ll Own
- 150 outbound cold calls daily to U.S companies
- Getting 10 Sales Accepted Meetings per month
- Multi-touch outreach (calls, LinkedIn, email)
- Handling real objections (not just script reading)
- Qualifying based on ICP, BANT/PAINT, MEDDIC methods
- Working closely with Account Executives for clean handoffs
- Logging structured notes in CRM
- 2+ years experience as an SDR or BDR in B2B campaigns
- Proven track record of booking meetings for U.S based B2B companies
- Experience selling into SMB or Mid-Market U.S accounts
- Strong outbound cold calling background (not just warm leads)
- Comfortable discussing ROI, marketing, growth, or tech solutions
- Familiarity with tools HubSpot, Salesforce, Justcall will be an added advantage
- Quota-driven mindset
