THE POSITION
- Time and attendance control;
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits (transportation, meal vouchers, health insurance, retirement plans, etc.);
- Maintain and update HR and payroll systems with employee information;
- Organize and manage documentation related to hiring, terminations, and contract changes;
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits with clarity and professionalism.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration; Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field;
- Previous experience in payroll and benefits routines;
- Experience with timekeeping and overtime bank (compensatory time) management;
- Experience using ADP payroll systems and excel;
- Hands-on and collaborative professional;
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information;
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Intermediate English.
